VTC CRM has much more features and functions than vtiger. Just take a free trial of VTC to check usability and design. VTC CRM has a clear arrangement and an intuitive user interface. Furthermore, the VTC CRM system is bug fixed and updated regularly. 

VTC CRM vs. vtiger CRM

The data privacy protection is in accordance with German and EU data protection legislation.

Sure! For example, if you have 20 users, all of them can use VTC CRM simultaneously. The VTC CRM is stored in a cloud or on your on premise server, so every user of your company can access the CRM software through the web browser, anytime from anywhere.

Backups of your VTC CRM data are made daily. They are saved on a separate SAN. If you want to get a backup file, we have to export the data and send them to you. This is an additional service that has to be extra charged.

Each cloud has a minimum duration of 1 year. Only with the Standard Cloud, you have to book your User individually. The duration of your VTC Cloud will not be extended, if you add another user. The fee for the new user will be charged on a daily basis. Already booked users can only be cancelled at the next possible date. With your Dedicated or on Premise Cloud, you have no user-dependent license costs, so that you can add users at any time for free. 

Yes, you can always upgrade your cloud. For example, you can switch from the Standard Cloud to a Dedicated Cloud, but not vice versa. Downgrading is not possible. 
If you decide to upgrade your cloud, you have to sign a new one year contract. The remaining time of your  previously paid contract will be deducted from your new contract. 

Yes, as a Standard Cloud customer, you can cancel individual users. Already booked usesr can be cancelled at the next possible date. If you have a Dedicated Cloud or an On Premise solution, you can add or delete users as you require.

The Standard Cloud, for example, is like an apartment in a skyscraper. All look the same and cannot be changed in size. So it is with a common cloud. You share an instance with other clouds (clouds are of course kept separate) and you receive our complete software, but adjustments are not possible.

    • Payment shall be made for each user for a specified period.
    • The Standard Cloud is recommended to smalll businesses.
    • The Service Level Standard is included in the price. With this service level, you receive online support, which is limited to 10 cases per month (response time: next business day).

    • Payment will be made per number of Dedicated Clouds for a periodic basis (no user limit, only hardware limitation).
    • The Dedicated Cloud is especially recommended for 25 users and more.
    • You use your own dedicated server instance.
    • In a Dedicated Cloud,, programmed extensions can be made to the CRM system.
    • The Service Level Standard is included in the price. With this service level, you receive online support which is limited to 10 cases per month (response time: next business day).

The Cloud-Instances were placed in Nuremberg, where they were maintained and administered.

The new VTC covers all requirements of a CRM System. Next to the usual functions like creating Leads, Accounts or Contacts, you can do so much more. For example, you can create Reports and export them directly into MS PowerPoint, work with Soclal Collaboration, Social Wiki or Social Networks, send E-Mail Newsletter with the MailChimp Connector, create your own homepage with widgets, social streams in several tabs or access to VTC CRM with your mobile devices wherever you are.

It is also no problem, if the standard VTC CRM doesn't fit all your requirements. Yes, VTC CRM has partial functionalities of an ERP-System. You are able to do all your accounting with the integrated accounting module and do your product management with the appropriate function.
With the accounting module, for example, you can handle invoices, credits, cancellations, outstanding items, incoming invoices or even the dunning process.

VTC offers a very flexible Webservice API based on Rest. Most Webshops have the possibility to get connected to the CRM System by using Webservice methods. But it always depends on the particular webshop which you use. For this reason, we would recommend you to contact one of our professionals to clarify your concern.

Yes, you can connect the VTC CRM with a telephone. VTC got an integrated connector for Asterisk 1.4 and 1.6. If you use another Asterisk Version or a normal TAPI telephone system, we can clarify your request in a personal talk. In this case, don't hesitate to contact one of our professionals. 

The new VTC CRM (5.1) offers you more Features and Functions, than the previous Version (4.1). For example, you can export created Reports directly into MS Powerpoint or use the Social CRM Feature, which is also totally new. The biggest difference is the user-interface. Yes, you can synchronize MS Outlook with VTC CRM. With the integrated MS Outlook Plugin, you can synchronize the calendar, all your contacts and E-Mails with your CRM System. The MS Oulook Plugin for VTC CRM is integrated in the System by default and you'll get it without additional charges.

Yes, you have definitely access to VTC CRM from wherever you are. With our Mobile Feature, you can get access to your CRM Cloud with mobile devices like smartphones and tablets.

Yes, you can connect almost every software with the CRM system. VTC offers a web service API for nearly every module. The software must offer the possibility to send and get data over a REST Web Service in order to be easily connected with VTC. Please contact us to discuss further.

Most CRM systems allow to export CRM data as a cvs-file. Like this, your data can be easily implemented into VTC. If you prefer, we can take care of your data transfer. 

You can use VTC CRM in five different languages: German, English, Spanish, French and Italian. The admin selects the standard language of your VTC CRM Cloud, but additionally each user is able to select his own desired language.

The Language Editor is a special feature. If you create custom fields, you can name them in all five languages. 

There are many different Plugins available for VTC CRM. For example the Microsoft Outlook Plugin, which allows you to synchronize your calendar, contacts and emails with the VTC CRM system.
